Shipping policy

All orders from MANDSMAGICJEWELRYBOX are processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received and cleared. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, MANDSMAGICJEWELRYBOX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to weather conditions, transit issues, customs delays, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. MANDSMAGICJEWELRYBOX is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the buyer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. After the package has been marked as delivered, MANDSMAGICJEWELRYBOX is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or investigation if any delivery issues occur.

MANDSMAGICJEWELRYBOX is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or damaged during transit. Shipping carriers handle all packages, and any claims regarding damage or loss during transit must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event a package is refused by the buyer, returned to sender, or unable to be delivered, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

By placing an order with MANDSMAGICJEWELRYBOX, you acknowledge and agree to our shipping policy and understand that once an order has been shipped, we cannot control the shipping carrier or delivery process.
